Service Description

We will design a workout schedule for you to hit your goals. You submit your workout results through your free account at Final Surge. You will be able to describe and add comments as to how that weekly workout feels to you. Through unlimited email conversation we can look at how the plans are going and adjust accordingly with new plans each week. Workouts delivered and billed for at the beginning of every four weeks.


Cancellation Policy

Service is scheduled in 4 week blocks. Cancel at the end of any 4 week block.
